DEPOSITS & CANCELLATIONS: We do require a Deposit or Credit Card Details to hold in certain situations OR If cancelled or modified up to 24/48 prior to date of arrival there may be a charge incurred.

In the case of a Guest not arriving, 100% of the first nights’ accommodation will be charged-Please let us know ASAP if you are not going to make it-we are a small privately owned Motel & don’t like to let potential Guests down.

PETS: No pets unless discussed with Owner’s 1st. please be honest & tell us you have your pet with you.

SMOKING CIGS/VAPES; Smoking is permitted outside only!  A $100 deep cleaning fee will apply should the unit have Smoke Odour…please keep windows closed if you’re out on the deck smoking-ask for a Ashtray please or dispose of safely. 

PAYMENT OPTIONS: We have onsite Eftpos and Credit Card facilities with a 2.5% Surcharge on all Credit Card’s. Online (Pre-Arrival) payments are an option, our Acct details are at the bottom of your Confirmation-we prefer payment on arrival, but open to your needs, we also accept Cash.
